Driven Ministries is into racing AND is committed to helping communities and to leading their members to Christ Jesus. Driven Ministries is a non-denominational outreach organization that seeks to point others to the life-changing and life-saving power that is free to everyone. The mission is to bring genuine, uplifting experiences that help communities connect with God in powerful, real, and meaningful ways.

Driven Ministries was established in 2002 by Free and Cassie Pennington as an effort to share their faith. Before the start of the 2004 USAR Pro Cup Series Race at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, GA, Free gathered his wife and race team members hand in hand around their race car for a group prayer. When they looked up, some 300 race fans had joined them, lining up at the track fence, heads bowed and eyes closed in prayer! This thrilled Free and validated his long-held belief that others of the racing community would want to hear more about his team’s commitment to their faith and their passion to share their faith with each race town community.

Driven Ministries, now a 501(c) 3 non-profit, is a growing, non-denominational, philanthropic organization committed to helping all communities physically and spiritually, in the name of Christ.
